The Hexbar Rotating Handle Power Lift is designed for shrugs, cross lifting, knee bends etc and should be part of every functional or strongman training. The Hexbar provides 3 grip sizes, 30.0mm, 40.0mm and 50.0mm in diameter.

ROTATING HANDLE:
Three grip options: Women’s (25 mm or 1 in diameter), Men’s (38 mm or 1.5 in diameter), and Axel (50 mm or 2 in diameter) easily changed by spinning the handle.

ELEVATED PLATE STORAGE:
Elevated Olympic Sleeves Raise Weights off ground allowing easier change of plates.
RUBBER STOPPERS: Protects floors from damage when setting down the OB-HEX. Not meant to be dropped or thrown.

UNIQUE DESIGN:
Ergonomically positioned handles assures correct lifting form allowing lifters midline center of gravity to stay balanced reducing unnecessary strain on spine to safety lift heavy weight.
